Meeting to be held on Wednesday 24th of October and Thursday 25th of October at Newcastle University

Due to phenomenal interest to attend this meeting and limitations on size of venue available at this time of year I have had to restrict numbers to 50 maximum. I would appreciate offers from some of you to do a presentation on any subject that members would find interesting ie special projects you have undertaken, use of technology in teaching and learning, etc. Ideas for additional items to the agenda needed as well please!!! Check out the Azzuri http://www.azzuriuk.co.uk where we will have the evening meal, that alone should entice you to attend. There will be a fixed menu and because of numbers we will need your choices sent in by a certain date. I’ll be setting up a system for you to be able to select your choices from the menu and these will be recorded and sent to the restaurant in advance.

The rooms are all doubles/twins for single occupancy and are non-smoking. However if you intend to share just mention this at the time of booking as the rate below only includes one breakfast. If you require a smoking room mention this at time of booking also. The rooms are held until the 10th of October or earlier if they are all taken before then. The rate is £72.50 which includes full breakfast.

If you want to use this hotel then you will need to telephone and reserve a room using your own credit card. This will not be charged to until your arrival. You need to quote the above Reservation number and mention "Newcastle University" and you will get the rate above. Ask to speak to Michelle Glover or Emma McGuinness.

At Premier Travel Inn you normally pay for your room on arrival.
